A new project aimed toward interior design and visualization. A lighting and rendering project for this bedroom decor. The bedroom presentation was designed in Blender 3D. I modeled and textured the room itself; this included the walls, floors, and trim.
The props used to decorate the bedroom space were provided by the ACO Connect Blender Plugin. I did, however, make minor adjustments to the props, such as texture color blending and programming additional material channels. Other small details, such as the blanket and curtains, were quickly accomplished with the help of AI texture generations and a few Blender deformer modifiers.
The lighting for this scene includes a combination of Blender lights: point, area, and volume lights. With a sky texture node programmed into Blender’s world shader, the scene receives natural lighting for HDRI 4k environmental texture maps.
The still and animated shots provided in this portfolio were rendered in Blender. This scene currently has 3 static cameras and 1 animated camera. Additional animated cameras will be added as this virtual tour is designed. Post-processing effects for the rendered shot will also be created as shots are finalized.
